BDE Systems Limited is a UK-based engineering and defence-focused company engaged in the design, development, and manufacture of technical products and systems.

We operate primarily within the United Kingdom and aim to work with trusted, reputable suppliers.

2. Our Commitment

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

3. Risk Assessment

As an early-stage company with a developing supply chain, we recognise that risk may arise from sourcing materials, components, or manufacturing services.

We assess risk based on:

• Geographic location of suppliers
• Nature of supplied goods and services
• Transparency and reputation of suppliers

4. Due Diligence Processes

To mitigate risks, we aim to:

• Work with UK-based or trusted international suppliers where possible
• Undertake basic supplier checks prior to engagement
• Include appropriate contractual expectations regarding ethical conduct

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes BDE Systems Limited’s modern slavery statement for the financial year stated above.
